Proof of Delivery for Shippers

Our drivers take an image of each successful delivery, whether it is handed to your customer, to their neighbour or left in a safe place. Your customer will automatically receive an email alerting them on each successful delivery which will contain a link to view their Proof of Delivery image. 

The benefits of this service for our shippers are: 

  • Improve your customer experience 
  • Higher visibility and greater certainty for you and your customer

You are able to request the proof of delivery in the "Tracking History" section of the customer portal by clicking the camera icon. You саn then send the proof of delivery to your customer via the portal.

lf you need to change the receivers email а pre-warning pop up will appear. Once the Proof of Delivery image has been  sent, а successful message will appear. However, the image might not always be available, for example if consent was not given by the receiver or if the image is not valid.
