How Can We Help?

If you have your DPD consignment number, click the Track & Trace button below. You'll find out whether your parcel is due for delivery today. We normally deliver between 8a.m. - 6p.m. If your parcel is already on one of our vans for delivery, you'll see your Predict™ 1 hour delivery slot. If you don't have a consignment number, contact the shipper and ask them for this information. You'll need it to track your delivery.

No problem, there are plenty of options for you to choose from. If you already have your DPD consignment number, click on the Manage Delivery link to see what options are available. You can change your delivery date or opt to collect at your local DPD depot and if the shipper has authorised, your parcel can be delivered to a neighbour.

Great! If your parcel is already on a van for delivery, it will be available for collection at the depot from tomorrow morning. Just Click on the Manage Delivery button and you can arrange this online. You'll need to bring a piece of valid ID with you.

The driver will do everything he can to get your attention when you're at home, but sometimes you'll still miss each other. Click Manage Delivery to arrange redelivery on a date that suits, or to collect at your local DPD depot if you'd prefer. 

The driver won't be able to make it back to you today but you can arrange a new delivery date, pick up at your local DPD depot or arrange to for delivery to another address (with sender's permission). Just click on the Manage Delivery button to see what options are available.
